  Historique : La section de Blonzac, Goyave, porte le nom de Durant de Blonzac écuyer, Seigneur de Méry, propriétaire du domaine au XVIII ème siècle.
Après le rétablissement de l'esclavage, la Dame veuve de Blonzac vend la propriété à Charles Thomas Vaultier de Moyencourt, qui la revendra à son tour en 1811 avant d'en retrouver à nouveau la possession après le litige.
En 1827, après une nouvelle mutation de propriété, l'Habitation Blonzac est annexée à l'Habitation La Rose.		  History: The section of Blonzac, Guava, bears the name of During Blonzac rider, Seigneur of Méry, owner

After the re-establishment of slavery, the widowed Lady of Blonzac sells the property to Charles Thomas Vaultier de Moyencourt, who will resell it in his turn in 1811 before again finding the possession of it after the litigation.
In 1827, after a new transfer of property, the Blonzac Dwelling is annexed to the Dwelling the Rose.

Plus haut encore vous découvrirez les carpes Koi, et vous serez ravis par une vue incroyable ou se mêle terre et mer.
La propriété comporte aussi une pépinière ou poussent allègrement toutes variétés de plantes exotiques.

La légende de Manman Dlo s'inscrit à la fois dans la tradition des contes de la caraïbe et le patrimoine de l'humanité.
Toutes les traditions humaines donnent naissance à cette femme des eaux : manière de rendre hommage à l'eau sans laquelle la vie ne serait pas et la femme qui donne à cette vie pouvoir de voir le jour.
Manman Dlo, pareille en cela à la déesse Kali, est, tour à tour, générosité et vaillance, douceur, tendresse ou main vengeresse. Les contes haïtiens, repris par Mimi Barthélemy, les contes antillais rapportés par Ina Césaire, A. Rutil ou Benzo, nous donnent souvent à voir l'une de ces femmes dont la vie sous l'eau est aussi fertile et magique que leur existence sur terre.
